Your Help Desk is a space where you can submit and review your help desk tickets as well as access helpful information, documents, and videos that will enable you to navigate all of the Jungle Lasers products with ease. Our Help Desk is currently under construction and growing. We will be adding more content over the next several months, so we ask that you please be patient with it as it evolves.
To view an article after logging in, simply click on the article's title. You will be able to view detailed, instructional content along with helpful visuals to assist you with issues you may run into.

When emailing us or submitting a support ticket, please include the following information to optimize our response and resolution time:
- A clear description of your issue including record names and the web page where you are experiencing the issue.
- Helpful screen shots. Monosnap is an excellent, free tool for capturing screenshots or recording videos.
- Any error messages received.
- Does the error continue if you use another browser?
